ErICS System – Client Tracking
ErICS, or Experiences and Relationships in Clients System is ODSSBC’s client tracking system. In it you create posts for different types of records, including clients, goals, incidents, and document uploads. You must have an ODSSBC staff account to access these records, and an ODSSBC approved device or virtual desktop since the database contains confidential information privileged to ODSSBC staff.

Access your webmail, and other Microsoft services provided to our employees. You will need an ODSSBC staff account.
SiPS System – Safety Tracking
SiPS, or Safety Information and Protection System, records serious safety incidents involving ODSSBC staff and all community members. SiPS is used to track and follow up on safety incidents in our communities. You must have an ODSSBC staff account to access these records, and an ODSSBC approved device or virtual desktop since the database contains confidential information privileged to ODSSBC staff.
Windows Virtual Desktops
Do the work that matters, and access secure services on the go. Using Windows Virtual Desktops allows you to access Microsoft Office, Teams, and essential online LOB applications. You must have an approved ODSSBC staff account to access virtual desktops.
