How do we do what we do?

Innovate
Olivia Douglas Support Services BC creates a service plan first in consultation with the communities we serve. The staff at ODSSBC then work to develop the service plan further and make key refinements before service delivery, to optimize the service for the market.

Deliver
Service delivery comes next, and we use different modalities to deliver the services we develop. We deploy the service plan, execute the plan, make minor refinements, and do what we can to ensure the service is successful. Lastly, we ask ourselves how we can repeat the success for next time.

Repeat
Repeating the process of innovation and service delivery like train after train of grain cars criss-crossing the country is paramount. We learn from the implementation of our service plans and constantly improve the services we deliver to our clients to ensure optimal delivery.

Olivia Douglas Support Services BC was founded in 2020 on the premise of love for the disability community, in 2025 it transformed into a general disability service agency serving people across BC.

Our mission is to create and foster the growth of inclusive, caring communities full of friendship, opportunities, and freedom to partake in all life has to offer.
