Disability services are being cut left right and centre. With the overwhelming loss of community services for the disabled in Canada, we have to ask ourselves “Will we go back to institutions?”. This position statement outlines the responsibilities being forgotten, to look after our most vulnerable, and enable disabled people to have agency in their own lives.
